Founded in 2012 as a field services agency
specializing in both quantitative and qualitative research studies and conducted numerous
field & tab studies. Their primary responsibility was data collection for various international
market research agencies who did not have their presence in Qatar.
KMR has since grown and broadened its scope and now provides complete field and tab
service. As a field and tab agency, KMR possesses an unwavering passion for excellence and
creativity, as well as a strong commitment to Qatar and the countries working in. We
understand that each of these elements must be based on a strong cultural understanding
which is best achieved through thorough and considered field delivered to a high standard.
To fully deliver on this, KMR has combined a
team of highly qualified qualitative and quantitative field consultants with international
experience as well as an in-depth understanding of the GCC and Qatar market.

CEO
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts in Marketing,
Qatar University, Qatar
Role:
- As CEO and founder of KMR, Firas brings with him six years of local experience
- managing qualitative market research field services and moderating focus groups and in-depth interviews. He worked on over than 800 focus group discussions and more than a 1000 in-depth interview.
- Having grown up in Qatar, Firas has developed extensive networks of local Qataris and expats and can provide local insights and experience and ensure that respondent recruitment for the focus groups is carried out in a culturally sensitive manner.
- He managed qualitative field from initiation to end for strategic projects for the
- National Health Strategy, Doha Film Institute, Ooredoo, Vodafone, and Hamad
- Medical Corporation.
- Firas has also been instrumental in developing, implementing and monitoring quality control procedures at KMR.

Samar Mohamed Medhat
Field Manager
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration,
Majoring in Marketing,
Future University in Egypt (2009 – 2013)
Role:
- Samar has 12 years of experience in market research in the MENA region. She used to work in the Quantitative department as our in-house interviewer and back checker. However occasionally she also used to do moderation for the Qualitative department. Her experience ranges different categories such as Airlines and Tourism, Telecom, Automotive, HORECA, Hospitality to name a few.
- Now as a Filed Manager, she is handling the Quantitative department starting from dealing and interacting with KMR clients to managing the team with a great relationship. The best extra miles she has done for KMR is investing all of her energy in the field team to guarantee a very high quality. In addition to that, she is bilingual and also a key team member for all Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait based studies.

Yasmine Mohamed Ahmed
Senior Quantitative Field Supervisor

- Yasmine has 10 years experience in market research in the MENA region.
- She works extensively in the Quantitative department. Her experience ranges across different categories such as Medical, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Media, automotive,
- educational sector, banks and airlines.
- Yasmine has handled different clients such as Maersk Oil, Nestle, Supreme Council of Health, Red Bull, NHIS, Qatar Children Museum, Barwa Bank retail, Emirates Airlines, Hempel Paints. He has handled a pool of interviewers and has proved his supervisory skills well. Yasmine manages Qatar based projects in terms of its field operations. Yasmine has worked on multi country quantitative projects spanning markets across MENA.

Behzad Agha
HR & Finance
- Manages various aspects of document control, including invoicing, document archiving and document imagining. He has exceptional organizational skills to be effective in executing her day-to-day functions.
- Moreover, he enroll the interviewers over three months of probation period that starts with training and orientation about the role of the interviewer itself with the collaboration of the field manager and the supervisors. And according to the interviewer’s performance and after spending many years with us conducting interviews, the best interviewer is to be selected as a supervisor.
- Pakzad is also responsible of transferring the monthly salaries to their bank accounts and payments for the interviewers either by bank transfers, vouchers or cash if the amount is small and each interviewer is to be paid based on the number of approved surveys. However, supervisors are to get paid based on each project they participate in with a percentage of the profit.

Ibrahim Jamil
Administrative & IT Consultant
Ibrahim is responsible to provide and distribute the needed devices for each study, device and version updates, data transferring by syncing the data if offline and fixing any technical related issues. He is also responsible to:
- Protect information/systems/networks from damage by viruses, spyware, and other malicious code.
- Install, use, and keep updated a software firewall on each computer system used
- Make backup copies of important business data/information with the collaboration of our service provider “3i Infotech”
- Security concerns about email attachments and emails requesting sensitive information.
- Security concerns about web links in email, instant messages, social media, or other means.
- Security concerns about popup windows and other hacker tricks.
- Doing online business or banking more securely.
- Train your employees in basic security principles.
